BIO
Wade is currently Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development of Viacom Inc. In this role, Wade is responsible for strategic planning and business development, as well as identifying, assessing and executing acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Wade Davis is also a Partner of Learn Capital, where he represents the firm’s interests in City Prep Academies and AdvancePath Academics, which he co-founded. Wade was also instrumental in the creation of America’s Choice and oversaw its transition to a for-profit enterprise as its EVP of Operations (America’s Choice was sold to Pearson in 2010). Previously, Wade was an investment banker in the technology, media and education sectors at ThinkEquity, Lazard Freres & Co and Wasserstein Perella & Co for more than a decade.
Wade represents Viacom’s interests on the Board of Directors of Viacom18 (India) and Rhapsody International and serves on the Board of the March of Dimes. Wade holds degrees with distinction and honors in both philosophy and economics from Williams College.

As an Internet entrepreneur and investor, Fabrice has successfully transposed, adapted and invested in business ideas between the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.
In March of 2006, Fabrice co-founded OLX, Inc. with business partner Alec Oxenford, in the hopes of building the largest free local classified site in the world. As co-founder and co-CEO, Fabrice drives the company’s business development, investor relations, M&A and product development efforts. OLX now has 150 employees and is present in 90 countries and 40 languages with over 130 million unique visitors per month.
Fabrice is also a prolific angel investor with over 50 active investments in various companies including Viajanet, Peopleperhour, Brightroll, and many others.
Prior to OLX, Fabrice was the founder and CEO of Zingy Inc., which he built into one of the largest wireless media companies in the Americas while successfully closing deals with some of the top wireless providers in the world. Within four years, Fabrice successfully grew the business to $200 million in content sales before selling the business in 2004 for $80 million.
In 1998, Fabrice co-founded and was CEO of Aucland S.A., one of the top three auction sites in Europe. Before that Fabrice worked as a business consultant for McKinsey & Company.
Fabrice graduated Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University in 1996 and was awarded the Halbert White prize, given to the most distinguished economics student, as well as The Wolfe Balleisen memorial prize, awarded for best thesis.

Joshua is the Chief Technology Officer of Americans Elect. Levine was the CEO and Director, of ESP Technologies Corp., a financial technology solutions provider to asset managers. Prior to ESP, he was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer of ETRADE FINANCIAL, the online financial services company, where he was responsible for the company’s global technology, operations and customer service. In 2001, he moved ETRADE completely to open-source technologies.
He has received many industry awards, including InfoWorld‘s “Top 25 most influential CTO’s”, CIO magazine’s “CIO 100”, CIO Forum’s “Top 20 financial IT executives”, Keynote’s best transaction speed and reliability, the “Webby” for the best banking and bill pay on the internet, and the “Stevie” for the best technology team.
Before joining E*TRADE in 1999, Levine was Managing Director and Global Head of EquityTechnology at Deutsche Bank. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley serving in various leading technology roles for 12 years.
Levine is currently a board director of Xceedium, a network security appliance company. Levine is a board member of DonorsChoose.org, connecting philanthropy and public education through technology and a board member of NPower, helping non-profits with affordable IT services. He is also a Young Associate Director of The Metropolitan Opera.
He co-authored a textbook, “Application Systems in APL”, published by Prentice-Hall. Levine is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and dropped out of Syracuse University to pursue a career in computing. In 2001, he received an honorary D.Sc. from the University of Georgia, Southern Polytechnic State University. Levine is currently licensed by FINRA with a Series 7, 63 and 24.
